  • Return method: By mail after receiving return authorization;

  • Change-of-mind return shipping: Paid by the customer;

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item return shipping: Paid by Hashem Is My Sugar Daddy;

  • Restocking fee: None;

  • Return inspection: Within 7 business days after receipt of the returned item;

  • Approved refund processing: Within 10 business days after approval; and

  • Refund method: Original payment method.

Returned items must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

If there is any conflict between this summary and the more detailed Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will govern the return process, subject to applicable law.

15. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products after delivery.

We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to investigate the issue promptly.

Notification after 48 hours does not automatically eliminate any return rights you may otherwise have within our applicable 14-day return period or under applicable law.

Eligible return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be covered by Hashem Is My Sugar Daddy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

16. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours after placing the order by contacting:

We will make reasonable efforts to honor the request if fulfillment has not already begun.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing, has been prepared for shipment, or has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
