This estimated timeframe includes order preparation, production or fulfillment where applicable, packing, shipment preparation, and carrier transit.

Some orders may arrive sooner. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, high order volumes, fulfillment delays, address verification issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, customers will generally receive tracking details.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.

14. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Our standard return terms include:

  • Return window: Within 14 days of delivery;
  • Return method: By mail after receiving return authorization;
  • Change-of-mind, incorrect-size, color, or customer-preference return shipping: Paid by the customer;
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item return shipping: Paid by Hashem Is My Sugar Daddy;
  • Restocking fee: None;
  • Return inspection: Within 7 business days after receipt of the returned item;
  • Approved refund processing: Within 10 business days after approval; and
  • Refund method: Original payment method.

Returned products must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in our Return & Refund Policy.

15. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect products after delivery.

We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and address the issue promptly.

When possible, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the product, packaging, and visible damage.

Notification after 48 hours does not automatically eliminate any return rights you may otherwise have within our applicable 14-day return period or under applicable law.

Eligible return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be covered by Hashem Is My Sugar Daddy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

16. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours after placing the order by contacting:

We will make reasonable efforts to honor the cancellation request if preparation or fulfillment has not already begun.

Because orders may enter preparation or fulfillment shortly after being placed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun, the order has been prepared for shipment, or the order has shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
